Simply Automotive Ltd is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Service Advisor to be the friendly face and driving force behind our busy independent workshop and MOT testing station.
As a trusted Castrol Service Centre in Poole, we've built our reputation on honest advice, quality workmanship, and genuinely looking after our customers — and we need someone who shares that same passion to help keep it that way.
About the Role

You'll be the vital link between our customers and our technicians — keeping the workshop running like clockwork every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Booking in customers' vehicles for repairs, servicing, and MOTs
- Ordering parts to keep jobs moving without delay
- Preparing daily job cards and invoices, and taking customer payments
- Providing accurate estimates for repair work
- Upselling repairs and service plans where genuinely beneficial to the customer
- Keeping customers in the loop throughout their vehicle's time with us
- Organising the workshop diary, coordinating technicians' jobs each day
- Improving processes — we want fresh ideas to help the business run even more smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in the motor trade
- Confident, friendly communicator — face-to-face and on the phone
- Highly organised, with an eye for detail
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to improve how things run
- Comfortable with upselling in a way that's honest and customer-first

This Role is Monday-Friday, Closed bank holidays and Christmas.
Pay is negotiable on experience and bonuses.
