Job Summary
Central Recruitment are a Recruitment company and we are seeking a motivated and reliable Temporary Fabric Labourer to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in supporting fabric-related operations, assisting with assembly, maintenance, and quality control tasks within our manufacturing or production environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fabric handling, and labouring. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced setting.
Working Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. This is a temporary role due to last around 4-6 weeks.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and handling of fabrics for production processes
- Support the assembly and installation of fabric components according to project specifications
- Fill machinery and production lines
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment
- Lift and loading of heavy goods
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in labouring
- Strong communication skills in English for clear instructions and teamwork
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Willingness to learn new technical skills related to fabric handling and machinery operation
