A & E Services UK Limited, are looking for a member of staff to join our concierge team and embark on a new role that falls under the security sector, that you will find challenging but equally as rewarding.

Part time hours contract leading into fulltime working in the pattern below initially 24 hours per week
Then
Working nights on a rota basis varied shifts 4 on 4 off
Full training and ongoing training will be given throughout, and you will find you are supported fully while on shift in this role. You will be working in pairs while on shift and so will never be lone working and will have an on call manager to assist you at all times.
This role is very different to normal positions within security but is something that we believe through our 25 years’ experience in this sector, can be enjoyed, however it does require you to understand crossing boundaries and key safeguarding definitions that must be adhered to at all times.

Must have the following
Three years working history in the security sector

The ability to engage with people, apply high levels of common sense, good communication skills, showing empathy when required, the ability to enforce rules and show authority if needed
