We are seeking a dedicated Florist/Driver to join our team, responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and delivering them efficiently to our valued clients. Duties
- Prepare and assemble floral arrangements according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Maintain the floral display area, ensuring flowers are fresh, well-organised, and visually appealing.
- Manage deliveries by safely operating company vehicles, ensuring flowers arrive in pristine condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding orders, delivery times, and special requests in both English and Spanish if applicable.
- Organise delivery schedules to optimise routes and ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist with merchandising of floral products within the shop to maximise sales potential.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in good condition, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service during both the preparation and delivery processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in floristry or gardening is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of horticulture or plant care is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with merchandising or visual presentation is desirable.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record;
