Village Quality Products is a premier and rapidly expanding ethnic food distribution company in London. As a leading supplier in the sector, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to a diverse and growing commercial customer base. To support our B2B market growth, we are seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and well-presented Field Sales Reps to drive our brand presence within the Horeca &Shops across the London City territory.
This is a 100% field-based B2B sales role. You will be the face of our company on the ground, taking full ownership of our London City territory. Your primary mission is to expand our market share by actively visiting, introducing our product portfolio, and securing daily orders from two key commercial streams: Horeca accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés) and Retail Shops (ethnic supermarkets, local grocers, and convenience stores).
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Turkish is essential due to the demographics of our established B2B client portfolio.
- Mindset: Highly energetic, dynamic, self-motivated, and a natural problem-solver who loves being out in the field 100% of the time.
- Driving & Transport: A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is NOT mandatory, but is a plus. If you have your own vehicle, it can be used for territory travel with a fuel allowance provided.
- Experience: Previous B2B, sales, or food wholesale experience is an advantage, but passionate entry-level candidates eager to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
