Working closely with the CEO and wider team, you will play an important role in coordinating practical arrangements, supporting event delivery, maintaining records, gathering feedback, and contributing to the continued improvement of our activities.

- Maintain accurate records and support reporting on activities and outcomes.
- Gather feedback to support learning and continuous improvement.
- Provide updates to the CEO on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Represent Beyond Reflections positively when attending community activities.
About You
You will be an organised, reliable, and adaptable individual with the ability to manage a varied workload. You will be confident working independently, planning activities, solving practical challenges, and working collaboratively with others.
