We are seeking a highly organised and dependable Office Administrator to provide essential operational support to our engineering team. This part‑time position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Scheduling Management — Maintain and update engineer diaries, coordinate job schedules, and ensure efficient allocation of daily tasks.
- Timesheet Administration — Collate and verify weekly timesheets using Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Stock Control — Conduct regular stock checks, maintain inventory records, and oversee restocking of shelves and materials.
- Purchase Order Management — Issue and record purchase order numbers in line with company procedures.
- Compliance & Training Monitoring — Track engineer compliance documentation and training requirements, ensuring all records remain current.
Hours & Salary
- Part‑time position: 25–30 hours per week
- Salary: Minimum Wage
