The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients and candidates across your specialist market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Conducting interviews and assessing suitability
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief to final placement
- Negotiating offers and providing consultative advice
- Developing your market knowledge and personal brand
