Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will ideally have a technical background and excellent customer service skills. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers , troubleshooting hardware and software issues,
Experice is preffered however full training will be provided to the right candidate ,
Duties:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and maintain user accounts and access rights
- Assist with network administration tasks such as DNS configuration and TCP/IP troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps
- 365 aministration
Experience:
- experience in providing technical support in a professional environment
- knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
