Business Support Administrator required, up to £32,000 plus bonus.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and organised Sales Coordinator, able to engage with customers and colleagues to support our sales process.
Langley Alloys are a successful multi product metals business based in Stoke-on-Trent, selling across the world, supporting many industry sectors including Energy and Defence.
You will be joining a growing business at our machined component division as a Business Support Administrator.
From our Heron Cross site we supply finish machined components and piping packages direct to OEM clients across the world.
Your role will be varied and include quoting customers' inbound enquiries, sales order processing, progressing suppliers, coordinating with internal production and despatching finished goods.
Due to the established nature of the business, expect to build relationships with customers in this role, where you'll be engaging daily on both emails and telephone.
Essential skills for the successful individual include:

- Ability to learn quickly in the role and take pride in their work
- Confident and clear communicator with excellent telephone manner
- A team player willing to support your colleagues
- Customer focussed with strong commercial aptitude
Previous experience of working in a machining / manufacturing business would be helpful.
