We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic professional in Business Psychology to join our faculty team. The role involves teaching, research, and academic mentoring in the field of organisational and business psychology within higher education programs.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Business Psychology, Organisational Psychology or a closely related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in higher education
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience supervising postgraduate research (Master’s/Doctoral level)
- Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, workplace psychology, and leadership studies
- Proficiency in online teaching tools
