Team Leader / Bendi FLT Driver – Dartford
Location: Dartford
Job Type: Temp to Perm (4 weeks)
Salary: £30,000 per annum, increasing to £35,000 per annum after successful completion of the first 4 weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (1-hour unpaid break)
We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Bendi FLT Driver to join our team in Dartford as a Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Bendi/Flexi Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Leading and supporting a small warehouse team
- Ensuring daily operational targets are met
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock within the warehouse
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Supporting management with day-to-day warehouse operations
Requirements:
- Valid Bendi/Flexi FLT licence and proven operating experience
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Commitment to health and safety procedures
