We are currently recruiting motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Event Sales team. No experience is required — we provide full training, coaching, and fast-track career progression.
The Role
As Event Sales Staff, you will:
- Represent well-known brands and charities at pop-up events across Glasgow, including retail stores, shopping centres, and other high footfall locations
- Engage customers through confident face-to-face communication, building rapport and promoting products, services, and charity subscriptions
- Deliver direct, in-person sales in a target-driven environment, working to achieve and exceed weekly performance goals
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong brand awareness and professionalism
- Accurately complete sales and sign-ups in line with relevant guidelines
- Take part in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills
What We’re Looking For
- Full-time availability
- Monday – Saturday availability
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Confident, motivated, and reliable individuals
- Willingness to learn and grow
