- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process patient forms, insurance information, and payments as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and communication within the practice.
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by patients with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues professionally.
- Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., computers, printers) and medical software systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour in a fast-paced environment.
