Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and other drinks with precision and care
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service to create a positive experience for all guests
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and cleanliness guidelines
- Manage cash register operations, handle transactions accurately, and give correct change
- Keep the workspace tidy, organized, and stocked with supplies throughout your shift
- Support team members during busy periods by taking on additional tasks such as serving or cleaning
Experience
- Previous barista experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure safe handling of beverages and food items
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality service
