Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every shift runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service. You'll support and motivate the team, lead by example, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of food and beverage operations.
- Lead shifts and support the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure restaurant, bar and service areas are presented to the highest standards.
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to build confidence and performance.
- Assist with training and welcoming new colleagues.
- Respond professionally to guest feedback, resolving any concerns promptly.
- Monitor staffing levels and support labour cost control.
- Help drive sales, maximise revenue and achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure company procedures, food safety and health & safety standards are always followed.
- Be a hands-on supervisor, supporting the team during busy periods.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably within a hotel or busy food and beverage operation.
- Is confident leading a team and motivating others.
- Delivers exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
- Has strong organisational and communication skills.
- Can work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
