So, what is Eyemazy Soho? We turn peoples eyes into art! Using specialist macro photography, we capture the incredible detail of a persons iris and transform it into a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece of art. We're a small business with big personality - which we like to call "small bizz energy" and every single customer interaction matters to us. Thats where you come in.
The Role:
You'll be the face, voice and energy of Eyemazy on the shop floor. One moment you're welcoming someone in, the next you're walking them through the magic of the process, capturing their iris and helping them choose their desired artwork.
This is part photography host, part storyteller, part sales superstar. You'll:
- Greet and wow every customer who walks through the door
- Guide people through the iris capture experience with warmth and confidence
- Tlak beautifully about our product and gently, brilliantly close the sale.
- Upsell frames, sizes and add-ons in a way that feels helpful - we are never pushy
- Keep the space looking premium
- Bring the good vibes - every shift, every customer deserves the same premium level of experience. We have high expectations, but the small bizz energy comes naturally to some so you'll slot right in!

We think this role is made for actors and performers looking for a flexible gig between auditions and jobs, or for people who've worked events, brand activations and pop-ups and know how to command a space. If you can hold an audience easily, or are exceptional at sales with a bubbly personality, you'll will thrive here.
The non negotiables (please read carefully):
- Be FULLY flexible across all 7 days and able to work at least one weekend day each week - we understand things come up last minute, but we are a small team who help each other out. Rotas are completed 3 weeks in advance so that you can also plan lifes other fun activities.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' sales experience in a retail or similar setting - you know how to close, and you're not shy about it.
- Be outgoing, bubbly and brimming with the "small business" energy - you treat every customer like the most important person of the day, because to use, they are.
- Must be available for a 3 day intensive training w/c 17th August 2026.
Nice to haves:
- Experience at events, activations, pop ups or brand experiences.
- A background in customer facing roles, performing, or presenting.
- A love of quirky & niche thing, photography, and art.
