Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team. The successful candidate will ensure that high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are maintained across all areas. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational standards.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driving licence is essential for travelling between sites as required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and uphold organisational standards.

Working Hours
Core hours 10:00-14:00 Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
With the option of extra shifts available.
Pay: £12.80-£13.50 per hour
