Overview
At NetGiant, you'll play a key role in supporting our B2B customers by delivering first-class customer service and becoming a trusted point of contact for the businesses you work with. This is primarily a customer service role, with the opportunity to gradually develop responsibility for proactive customer relationship building as your experience and confidence grow. You'll combine inbound customer support with proactive contact to existing customers, helping them get the most from our service while identifying opportunities to add value where appropriate.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through inbound telephone and email enquiries.
- Proactively contact existing customers to check satisfaction, discuss future requirements and ensure they continue to receive the excellent service they expect from NetGiant.
- Introduce relevant products and services that add genuine value to customers.
- Re-engage dormant customer accounts and encourage customers to trade with us again.
- Accurately maintain customer information and activity within our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales or customer relationship roles.
- Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience within a B2B environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Friendly, confident and professional.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to recognise opportunities whilst always putting the customer first.
- Positive team player with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

Pay: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
