People Assistant (fixed-term)

Are you passionate about operational excellence and delivering exceptional support across specialist and generalist functions? This role offers a broad scope of administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives on efficiency, innovation and continuous improvement.
With a proactive mindset and a keen eye for smarter, more automated ways of working, you’ll play a key role in elevating our administrative operations. From onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, you’ll help create a seamless and engaging colleague experience.
What you'll be doing
- Assist Talent Development: Coordinate training sessions across 2 villages, assist with embedding learning initiatives, and help track training effectiveness through data and feedback
- Support Talent Acquisition: Organise inductions, coordinate feedback from new starters and leavers, and assist with recruitment data and assessment materials
- Contribute to the People Team: Take notes in ER cases, coordinate engagement and wellness activities, manage compliance tasks, and respond to colleague queries
- Oversee Workwear Queries: Act as the first point of contact for workwear-related support and deliveries on the village
- Participate in People Services Projects: Collaborate on centralisation and automation initiatives, working in a squad mindset to improve processes

Your working hours
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 24th September 2026
You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period. Our team typically collaborates during core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
