The Role
We are looking for a driven and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team and build a busy, high-producing diary.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is confident working in private dentistry
- Can diagnose and present treatment plans effectively
- Wants to increase earnings through productivity and efficiency
You will be supported with steady new patients and a team focused on helping you complete treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality general dentistry, including:
- Examinations and treatment planning
- Restorative work (fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Endodontics and extractions
- Present and convert comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate digital clinical records
- Deliver excellent patient communication and care
- Work with the team to ensure efficient diary utilisation and case completion

Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist with valid indemnity
- Confident in general dentistry within a private setting
- Strong communication and case acceptance skills
- Motivated, reliable, and organised
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Performance Expectations
- Focus on building a productive diary (£2,000+ per day target)
- Strong emphasis on treatment uptake and completion
- Commitment to efficient time management and high standards of care
