Covenant Crest is seeking dedicated and compassionate Carers to provide temporary cover across our care placements. We work with a range of residential, nursing, and community care settings, and we need reliable individuals who can step in and deliver high-quality, person-centred care from day one.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Follow individual care plans meticulously to ensure tailored support that meets each person's needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a warm and welcoming environment
- Support medication administration under supervision or as trained, ensuring safety and accuracy
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding care updates and concerns
- Document all care activities accurately using IT systems and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards
- Support transportation needs by driving when required, ensuring safe travel to appointments or outings
Requirements
Enhanced DBS
Night working experience preferred.
Minimum 6 months UK care experience
Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one — we can assist)
Right to work in the UK
Caring, patient and professional attitude
Good communication skills
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable, not essential)
Moving & Handling and Basic Life Support training (desirable)

Pay: £12.71-£18.62 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 50.0 per week
