Property Manager (Level 3 ARLA Qualified) – North West

About the Role
Letting Complete Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Level 3 ARLA Propertymark Qualified Property Manager to join our growing team in the north west.
This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable property professional to manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties across the North West, including single-let properties, apartment blocks, and HMOs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional property management service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring full compliance with current legislation and industry best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the North West.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Carry out routine property inspections and produce detailed reports.
- Arrange and oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Ensure all properties remain compliant with current housing legislation and safety regulations.
- Handle tenancy issues, renewals, rent arrears, deposit disputes and end-of-tenancy matters.
- Coordinate compliance requirements including Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, EPCs, fire safety and licensing.
- Advertise available properties, conduct viewings and assist with tenant progression where required.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software.
- Work closely with the wider lettings and maintenance teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 ARLA Propertymark Qualification (essential).
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing residential rental properties.
- Proven experience managing single-let properties, apartment blocks and HMOs.
- Excellent knowledge of current lettings legislation and property compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Business-use vehicle insurance.
