Electro-Plating Specialist
An exciting and diverse role within a growing UK company, specialising in the electro-plating of parts for use in Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Marine and Scientific applications.

Main Duties:
- Electro-plating of a wide range of components.
- Running the auto line plating.
- Preparation of components prior to electro-plating.
- Plating batches of work through chemical tanks, to controlled procedures, and within defined specifications.
- Following procedures accurately.
- Ensuring components meet specification to drawing/internal orders.
- All training given; including Health and Safety, Chemical Awareness, electro-plating.
Other details:
- Workwear provided.
- Working 7.30AM-4.30PM Monday - Tuesday 7.30AM-12.30PM Friday.
- Starting pay £13.00 to £14.50 per hour depending on experience.
- Further progression dependent on ability and attitude.
- Pension as per government legislations.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increases with service.
- Free eye tests.
Experience:
Manufacturing experience (min 1 year).
Electroplating experience preferred but not essential.
Skills:
- Good attention to detail required.
- Ability to work on own, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work to plans and have good timekeeping.
- Hard working.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read and follow specific instructions.
