Pay & Hours:
- Day Shifts - 33h per week
- Night shifts - 33h per week
- Twilight shifts - 6pm to 10pm
- Casual shifts available
- Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)
The Role:
Providing ‘exceptional care for the individual’ is at the centre of our ethos, where quality of life is as important as quality of care.
As a Care Assistant, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.
We believe that residents should be given the freedom to choose how they live their lives wherever possible. We involve residents, and were appropriate their families, in the development of individual care plans, tailored to the needs of each particular resident.
