We are a successful, family-run rubber gasket and seal manufacturing company based in Worthing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our Extrusion Department.
You don't need previous experience in rubber manufacturing - full training will be provided. What matters most to us is a positive attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
What will you be doing?
Your main role will involve setting up and operating machinery to produce silicone rubber extrusions to our customers' specifications.
You'll learn how to:
- Set up and operate extrusion equipment
- Produce silicone rubber profiles to specific sizes and requirements
- Read and understand basic technical drawings
- Use measuring equipment to check dimensions and quality
- Monitor production and ensure products meet our high standards
- Carry out basic finishing and inspection work
As a small, close-knit company, you'll have the opportunity to learn far more than just one job. With training and support, you'll be able to get involved in different areas of our manufacturing process and develop a broad range of practical skills.

Previous manufacturing or extrusion experience is an advantage, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person.

Working Hours
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
