We are a family run Home & Garden Maintenance company, looking for a Gardening Team Leader to join our small team on a self-employed basis. You will be required to drive the van and lead a small team (usually 1 other team member) to carry out general garden maintenance to a high standard on private and commercial properties around West Sussex and surrounding counties.
We are flexible for the right candidate however we would ideally like you to work 3-5 days a week between Monday to Friday. Set days to be agreed.
All equipment will be supplied by us.
Gardening experience is essential.
Driving licence is essential.
Pay is negotiable dependent on experience.
Earn a cash bonus for new paying customer referrals.
