We're looking for experience cocktail bar staff to join or team at The Druids, immediate start available for the right person.
Ideal candidate would also have barista experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with new drink trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years experience a high-volume bar, cocktail lounge, or nightlife venue
- Deep knowledge of craft cocktails
- A cool head under pressure and a strong sense of hospitality
