About You
You’re a "people person" with a green thumb and a sharp eye for detail. You should bring:
- Energy & Connection: The ability to engage with customers and turn a simple visit into a full basket.
- Leadership: A coaching mindset—you don’t just manage; you build future stars.
- Commercial Sharpness: You know how to read a report, spot a gap, and act on a sales opportunity.
- Commitment: You’re ready to call Guernsey home for at least the next 3 years.
- Knowledge: You will have experience of working in a garden centre in either a team leader/ supervisor role or have experience working as a manager.
