Part-Time Reformer Pilates Instructor

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing studio team in Enfield Town, Church Street.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creates a welcoming environment, and is committed to growing long-term with our studio. We welcome both experienced instructors and newly qualified teachers, as long as you hold a recognised Reformer Pilates teaching certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead both group Reformer Pilates classes and one-to-one private sessions
- Tailor sessions to clients’ individual needs, goals, and fitness levels
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure safe practice at all times
- Develop customised programmes to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals
- Teach clients of all age groups and abilities, from beginners to advanced participants
- Create a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for all clients
- Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism and care
- Stay informed about the latest Pilates methods, techniques, and industry developments
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certified to teach Reformer Pilates
- Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor is preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, posture, and Pilates principles
- Ability to adapt exercises for different fitness levels and client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced spoken English
- Friendly, caring, professional, and reliable attitude
- Able to commit to long-term work and maintain consistency
- Able to travel to Enfield Town, Church Street
