Job Summary

Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles, including <PERSON> driver vehicles, to deliver goods promptly across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo, often requiring heavy lifting, ensuring items are secured properly for transit
- Verify delivery orders, obtain signatures, and complete all necessary documentation accurately
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency during deliveries
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate pickup schedules and inventory management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role, preferably with commercial driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; specific <PERSON> driver certification is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with logistics operations
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and route planning techniques
- Ability to stay organized under pressure while managing multiple deliveries throughout the day
