Hereford North & Borders Agency is a leading NFU Mutual branch looking for an Insurance Adviser to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a conscientious, organised individual with a willingness to learn. We will provide full product training will be provided to enable you to help customers with their general insurance requirements and to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer facing over the phone dealing with insurance queries, changes and setting up new policies.
- Use your initiative to find the best possible solution for the customer, playing a key role in the success of the business by handling sales, identifying new opportunities and ensuring our customers are always happy.
- Proactively establish customer needs to help find solutions from our existing product range and financial services offered by NFU Mutual.
What we’re looking for:
- You enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships
- Excellent written and verbal skills along with a great telephone manner and a team working ethic
- Good level of IT skills is essential
- Grades A-C or 4+ in GCSE Maths and English
- Someone who is prompt, reliable and trustworthy
- Be organised and able to work to deadlines as required, manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites
- Must have full driving licence
