Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity?
We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and inclusive primary school in Greenford, Ealing, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team on a full-time, long-term basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- Work on a 1:1 basis and with small groups to help pupils access learning.
- Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs and other additional learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
- Implement individual learning and behaviour support strategies.
- Encourage independence, confidence and positive engagement throughout the school day.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
- Has a calm, patient and nurturing approach.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Is proactive, resilient and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one).
- Has the right to work in the UK.
