Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
As Field Manager, you’ll lead by example—ensuring engineers deliver safe, high-quality work every day. You’ll manage day-to-day activities, drive results, and ensure all work meets company and client standards. Your supportive coaching helps team members grow, while you keep tools, vehicles, and equipment in top condition.
You’ll guide your team, give constructive feedback, and resolve problems to keep standards high. Safety is your priority: you’ll investigate issues, act fast to resolve them, and prevent future problems. If you’re passionate about leadership, safety, and helping teams succeed, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll bring;
You’re a proven team leader, confident managing up to eighteen engineers and supporting staff. You know what it takes to keep people, tools, and vehicles working safely and efficiently every single day. Detail-driven, you keep records accurate and share updates on time, using digital systems with ease. Your strong collaboration skills mean you work smoothly with other teams, especially our PFL team, making sure nothing gets missed. Adaptable and hands-on, your drive for safety, teamwork and high standards sets you apart.
