Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and an understanding of Hotel/Corporate client expectations.
Duties
Guest Room Maintenance:
- Clean and prepare bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms to high standards
- Change bed linen, replenish towels, and restock amenities
- Ensure rooms are ready for check-in and checked/refreshed during longer stays
Front of House cleaning:
- Ensure all toilets & public areas are clean and well maintained
Corporate Space Cleaning:
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned and ready for use
Laundry & Linen Care:
- Clean any inhouse laundry and prepare any laundry for off site cleaning
- Monitor linen inventory and report shortages or damage
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Follow COSHH guidelines and venue-specific hygiene protocols
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
Guest Interaction:
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions
