The Role
This is a depot-based role at the heart of our operation, keeping parts, glass, and stock flowing so our engineers are never held up.
You will:
- Take sole responsibility for stocking the depot with uPVC parts and materials
- Source and onboard new suppliers
- Act as the main point of contact for all service engineers, sourcing specialist parts on request
- Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs
- Take full control of glass ordering, deliveries, and quality control checks
- Develop and maintain a robust stock check system
- Continually update and maintain the parts library and pricing
What We're Looking For
We want a coordinator who is:
- Organised and commercially sharp
- Confident negotiating with suppliers
- Proactive and comfortable owning the role end to end
- Efficient under pressure, with a good eye for detail
- Reliable and professional in every supplier and engineer interaction
Essential requirements:
- Experience in parts, stock, or supply chain coordination, ideally within glazing, construction, or trade
- Confident negotiator with supplier management experience
- Good IT skills, comfortable with stock and pricing systems
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Live within commuting distance of Hinckley
