Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the premises, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and entrances
- Ensure the smooth flow of guests and visitors throughout the premises
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and services
- Support other departments as needed, including delivering messages or items across the property
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest service at all times

Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures is beneficial
