Reel Fish and Chips is looking for an outgoing personality who has outstanding customer service skills and is experienced in leadership/management roles in order to drive our new Oldham branch to greater heights. Currently under the stewardship of our owner, the time has come to hand over to an individual who adopts our ethos of serving high quality food with high quality customer service.
Experience of the fish and chips trade is an advantage and preferred but not essential, as full training of the trade will be provided at our Oldham and Bolton shops and will therefore require an individual willing to travel to Bolton if the need arises for a short period of time.
What is essential is an individual with a great attitude and desire to take on the responsibility of being the person in charge and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and a great desire to do all the right things in order to drive the business to greater heights!
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop and the staff and will be responsible for liaising with the owner in order to ensure the shop is operating correctly and in the right direction.
A remuneration package will be put in place depending upon an individuals experience, responsibilities and performance and will truly reflect an outstanding opportunity for the right individual!
