We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our brand-new children’s residential home in Accrington.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the home in line with Ofsted regulations.
- Create a warm, child-centred culture focused on achieving outstanding outcomes.
- Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing staff team.
- Ensure the home consistently meets and exceeds regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective safeguarding practices and promote the welfare of all children.
- Develop positive relationships with local authorities, social workers, families and other professionals.
- Manage budgets, occupancy and overall home performance.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience managing or deputising within a children’s residential home.
- Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it where appropriate).
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people.
- Full UK driving licence.
