Job Description:
We are a family run business based in Ayr, established in 2000. We carry out various works - property maintenance, environmental and adaptation works for various housing associations, councils, social work and private sector.
Due to the company expanding, we are looking to recruit another semi skilled maintenance person to join our team. Please visit www.acatch.co.uk to view all works carried out within the company.
Duties would include the following:-
- Fit various adaptations to assist people with limited manoeuvrability, such as fitting handrails and grabrails
- Step repairs
- Lift and relay slabs to remove trip hazards etc
- Building modular ramps to allow access to properties
- Fencing
- Void property works
- General maintenance
- Kitchen, bathroom and wet rooms works
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
