In 1972, when Group Chairman and founder, Peter Lowy, purchased the Vienna Hotel in London’s Maida Vale, the first seeds of the original Vienna Group were sown. Now, almost forty five years later, the single hotel operation has developed into a major hotel and leisure group with an enviable hotels portfolio and specialist travel services division. In 2009 the Group took on a new corporate identity, reflecting its history and its more diverse business activities.

The Role
- Travel covered with in the work place
- Carry out general repairs in a safe and proper manor without putting themselves of others at risk of harm
- Occasional weekend work in peak periods
- Work as part of a team
- Responsible for reporting any electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and reporting problems within the building your supervisor
- Determine materials, equipment and supplies to be used
- Maintenance staff are to keep routine maintenance records of any maintenance problems with the buildings
- Coordinate and manage contractors while on the premises
- To attend training, relating to the occupational hazards and H&S
- Company van given if driving licence held
- Good command of English
- Email proficient
- Work tools provided
