We’re looking for a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Baby Room Practitioner to join our warm, supportive and growing team — someone who wants to make every day meaningful for the children in our care.
About the Role:
As a Baby Room Practitioner, you will help create a nurturing, engaging and inspiring environment where Babies can learn, grow and thrive. You will plan stimulating activities, support Babies developmental milestones, build positive relationships with families, and maintain high standards of care and safety throughout the setting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (required)
- A clean DBS check
- A genuine passion for working with Babies/children
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow within the role
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

- A-Level or equivalent (required)
