We're looking for an experienced Senior Therapeutic Residential Support Worker to join our growing team and help lead the day-to-day care within one of our homes.
The Role
You'll be a positive role model, helping to create a calm, nurturing and structured home while ensuring children receive the support they need to achieve positive outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the day-to-day running of the home.
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic, trauma-informed care.
- Build positive relationships with children and young people.
- Support care planning, risk assessments and daily records.
- Support Therapeutic Support Workers.
- Promote safeguarding, compliance and high standards of care.
- Work in partnership with families and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and therapeutic practice.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
