We're looking for a Technical Designer who thrives on problem-solving, takes pride in precision, and wants to be part of something that's genuinely going places.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking bespoke products from initial concept through to manufacture, owning the process from start to finish
- Working closely with the sales team to fully understand client specifications and translate them into accurate, buildable designs
- Producing detailed technical drawings to the highest standard
- Collaborating across departments to ensure designs are delivered on time and to specification
What We're Looking For
- A background in joinery, carpentry, or a closely related trade
- Experience with SketchUp or CAD software
- A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to technical work
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working between design, sales, and workshop teams
- Ambition to grow, develop, and become a true technical expert in your field
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
