PPM Limited is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Wet Room Installer to join our specialist adaptations team, delivering high-quality bathroom conversions and property maintenance works across social housing and private residential properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish. You'll play a key role in improving the lives of residents by transforming bathrooms into safe, accessible, level access shower rooms while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Based from our branch in Leeds, you will carry out planned adaptations, responsive maintenance and refurbishment works within occupied homes across Leeds, Bradford, Keighley and the surrounding areas.

The role
As a Multi-skilled Wet Room Installer, you will be responsible for:
- Installing wet rooms and level access shower facilities within occupied domestic properties.
- Carrying out full bathroom adaptations from initial preparation through to completion.
- Completing plumbing works including pipework alterations, sanitary ware installation and associated fittings.
- Wall and floor tiling to a high standard.
- Carrying out decorating, finishing and making-good works.
- Installing disability adaptations and safety features to improve accessibility.
- Undertaking responsive and planned maintenance works where required.
- Completing refurbishment works within residential properties.
- Working professionally and respectfully within customers' homes at all times.
- Managing your workload efficiently to meet agreed timescales.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Participating in the on-call rota to attend emergency repairs when required.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is proud of the quality of their work and enjoys delivering projects that make a real difference.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience installing wet rooms and bathroom adaptations.
- Strong plumbing skills with experience in domestic installations.
- High-quality wall and floor tiling experience.
- Decorating and finishing skills.
- Experience working within occupied domestic properties.
- The ability to work across multiple trades with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential).
- Experience within social housing would be advantageous but is not essential.
