Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trade skills across multiple disciplines, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient project delivery. Your expertise will help maintain the quality of the finishing touches, contributing to the successful completion of diverse construction projects. Duties
- Floor & wall tiling
- Patch plastering and wall repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Applying neat, professional mastic/silicone sealing
- Carpentry skills such as easing doors, door repairs, pipe boxings preferred.
- Floor laying, such as latex, liquid DPMs, LVT & vinyl preferred.
- Snagging and finishing works.
- Repairs & rectification works
- Correcting any defects or minor damage
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple finishing trades
- Proven knowledge of all construction trades, and construction process and sequencing.
- Ability to work as part of a team, and also on your own initiative.
- Good communication, able to be client facing and communicate directly with clients in their homes and properties.
- Take direction for Site & Project managers, providing feedback and photographs of issues and completed work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
- Full UK driving licence
