About the Role
Traditional Pools Ltd is seeking a Trainee Pool Service Engineer to join its growing team. Specialising in the design, construction, maintenance, and servicing of high-quality residential and commercial swimming pools, the company is looking for a motivated individual who is keen to develop a long-term career within the pool industry.
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with practical skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise professionally with clients, property managers, and housekeeping staff.
- Carry out routine servicing of indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
- Inspect and monitor the operation of pool plant equipment and filtration systems.
- Conduct water testing and maintain water quality standards.
- Perform minor maintenance, repair, and plumbing tasks.
- Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures for outdoor pools.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service
Essential Skills and Requirements
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well-presented and professional manner.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated.
- Practical approach with a willingness to learn new skills.
