What you will be doing
- Supporting our Project Team with admin tasks and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Liaising with clients and utility companies to gather quotes, proposals, and key information.
- Helping to prepare and issue project documents, applications, and reports.
- Keeping track of project progress and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Building great relationships with colleagues, clients, and external contacts.
- Attending meetings and contributing to a positive, can-do team culture.
What we are looking for
- A natural organiser who enjoys juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Someone who’s confident on the phone and happy to chase up information.
- A team player who’s also comfortable working independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail – you notice the little things that others might miss.
- A positive attitude and willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
