We are looking for a hard-working, hands-on problem-solver to join our Ops & Logistics team. This team is responsible for ensuring our sites are setup to welcome livestock and that site infrastructure is well-maintained. The role requires both on-site and yard-based working.
Experience on farm valued, but not essential, as training will be provided. Applicants should be confident with tools, able to work in a team and happy to work outdoors.
Salary based on experience and skills.
The successful candidate will:
- Work with a team or independently to build and maintain key infrastructure for our sites
- Attend to sites to resolve issues with infrastructure with fast & creative solutions where necessary
- Work with a range of farm machinery to carry out tasks as required
- Be required to work with stock if required to by the business
- Have a full driving licence
