Lifeserve Solutions Limited is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our growing team in Chesterfield and the surrounding areas.
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and daily living activities.
- Prompt or assist with medication in line with care plans.
- Prepare meals and support clients with nutrition and hydration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Complete accurate care records and report any concerns promptly.
- Follow individual care plans and company policies.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice, and respect at all times.
Requirements
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
